VEM SRL is providing this privacy policy notice to inform site visitors about the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).

The notice is intended for all Users accessing VEM telematic services from the website
The notice applies only to the website and not to any other website accessed by Users through links.
No personal data are acquired from the site. We do not use cookies to transmit personal information nor do we use stored cookies, i.e. User tracking systems, of any kind whatsoever.
We remind our site visitors that they can disable cookies or be notified upon receipt and refuse their consent any time by changing their browser configuration.
User Data Freely Provided
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail messages sent to the addresses listed on this site involve the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply, and of any other data included in the message.

Legislative Decree no.196 / 2003, Art. 7 – Access Right to Personal Data and Other Rights

1. The User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data, even if not registered yet, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The User has the right to be informed of:
a) the source of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of data processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing by electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, of the controllers and of the representatives appointed under article 5, par. 2;
e) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or who can access them as appointed representatives on the State territory, as controllers or as agents.
3. The User is entitled to:
a) the updating, correction and/or integration of said data, if of interest;
b) the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of the data processed unlawfully, including those that need not be preserved for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the confirmation that operations a) and b) have been notified, and their content too, to those to whom said data were communicated or disclosed, unless such a compliance is impossible or it involves a clearly disproportionate intervention if compared to the protected right.
4. The User has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) to the processing of their personal data, even if pertaining to the declared collection purposes, for legitimate reasons;
b) to the processing of their personal data for advertising and/or direct sale purposes, marketing research or commercial communication.
